Faceless Patient: Redemption or Judgment

Surgeon Ryo Tsuzuki (Shin Hasegawa) )'s wife was suddenly kidnapped late at night, but the kidnappers sent a seriously injured patient with a mutilated face and an unidentified identity, and threatened him: "Kill him, or your wife will die." What's worse is that the faceless patient is suspected to be a vicious murderer on the run. The life of the wife, the life of the stranger, the ethics of the doctor, and the emotions of the husband were cruelly placed on the same scale. The countdown is approaching, the police are in hot pursuit, and the kidnapper's intentions are unknown. Pushed to the limit, Tsuzuki must make a soul-tearing choice between "rescue" and "killing."
