The Girl Who Survived [Film and TV Commentary]

The quiet girl Max (played by Taissa Farmiga) and her mother (played by Malin Akerman) depend on each other. Her mother is a well-known B-level horror film actress. Although my mother always wanted to be famous, she had an unfortunate fate and remained unknown. After a failed audition, Max and his mother were involved in a serious car accident, and his mother died in the disaster. Three years later, on the anniversary of his mother's death, a group of friends invited Max to the theater to review his mother's classic camp horror film. However, something unexpected happened while watching the movie, and the fire caused great chaos. When Max woke up again, he found that he and his friends had traveled through time and entered his mother's movie.
