Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder [Film and TV Commentary]

Hal (Jack Black)'s father actually told his son before his death that he must find the most beautiful girl to be his lifelong partner. So he began to stage dramas of chasing different beauties, but his appearance was mediocre and he encountered many setbacks. Already in his thirties, he still refused to go against his father's last wish, until he was hypnotized by an expert, which gradually changed his habit of judging people by their appearance. His appreciation of beautiful women began to decline to a large extent. Later, he even fell in love with Rosemary (Gwyneth Paltrow), who weighed 150 kilograms. Hal didn't mind Rosemary's bulky figure at all. He felt that his girlfriend was the kindest person, and he was hopelessly in love with her.
