Sweet Dreams

Birds and insects can be heard in the woods, but the air is only hot and sticky. In an Indonesian sugar factory ruled by the Dutch, the elderly lord and his wife Agathe have a huge fortune in this alien land. They use local servants but are in arrears with the wages of agricultural workers. One night, the old lord and his housekeeper Siti died suddenly and unknownly after a happy night. Ajiate and Siti actually hid the body together. Seeing that power is about to be vacuumed, the lord's only son and his wife travel across the ocean, and the workers are ready to take action. Sidi prepares to escape with the lord's illegitimate son, but a will disrupts everyone's plans and leaves no room for greed.
