Klaus: The Secret of Christmas

Jesper (Jason Schwartzman) distinguishes himself as the postal academy's worst student, and is stationed on a frozen island above the Arctic Circle, where the feuding locals hardly exchange words let alone letters. When Jasper is ready to give up, he finds an ally in Alva (Rashida Jones), a local teacher, and discovers Klaus (Oscar winner J.K. Simmons), a mysterious carpenter who lives alone in a cabin full of handmade toys. These unlikely friendships return laughter to Smeerensburg and create new stories of generous neighbors, magical legends and stockings hung carefully on the chimney. "Klaus: The Secret of Christmas" is a holiday comedy animated film directed by "Despicable Me" co-creator Sergio Pablos and co-starring Joan Cusack, Will Sasso and Norman Macdonald.
