Dear Clara

The story takes place in Germany in the 19th century, when the craze of Renaissance and Romanticism swept across the country, and the whole country was filled with a fierce and fanatical atmosphere. Clara (played by Martina Gedeck) lives in such an environment full of artistic atmosphere. Clara is a musical artist who became famous very early when she held her own recital at the age of only 11 years old. After marrying Schumann (played by Pascal Greggory), Clara and her family moved to Dusseldorf to settle down, where Clara and Brahms (played by Malik Zidi) met. For Clara, her married life was not satisfactory. Financial constraints and her sick husband put her under tremendous pressure, and Clara's love for music did not allow her to give up and devote herself to her family. In a split and painful life, only Brahms' presence can make her feel warm and happy.
