Ki Woo (Choi Woo-sik) (played by Park So-dam) was born in a poor family, living a life of dependence with her sister Ji Ting (played by Park So-dam) and her parents in a narrow basement. One day, Jiyu's classmate came to visit. He told Jiyu that he was a tutor for their daughter in a wealthy family. His wife was a simple-minded and generous woman. Because he wanted to study abroad, he temporarily transferred the position of tutor to Jiyu. In this way, Ki-woo came to President Park's (played by Lee Sun-kyun) home and met his wife (played by Cho Yeo-jung). Not long after, Ki-woo's sister and parents also entered President Park's home like parasites. However, their ambitions did not stop there, and Jiyu fell in love with the eldest lady. With the passage of time, the secrets hidden in President Park's family gradually surfaced.
