In a juvenile detention center in Belgium, the 16-year-old boy Joe is preparing to return to society. He is not sure what will happen on the other side of the barbed wire fence. But when another boy, William, moves into the next room, the desire for freedom becomes less urgent. They get tattoos, slapstick, and hip-hop together, like inseparable brothers.
