Murder Commission [Film and TV Commentary]

Police officer Tae-soo (Kim Sang-kyung) who lost his sister in a serial murder case (played by Park Sung-woong), who was secretly investigating a hit-and-run case on a rainy night, accidentally captured Jiang Chuan (played by Park Sung-woong), a serial murder suspect who has committed many crimes, and the tragedy began. Tae Soo accidentally learned that Jiang Chuan was the murderer of his sister. In order to find her sister's body, Tae Soo knelt down...and when identifying the scene, another man Sheng Xian (played by Kim Sung Kyun) who lost his beloved wife appeared in grief and anger.
