In 1999, in a small village in Busan, a female student Eun Ji (played by Yoo Hye Young) was murdered. Her brother Zhang Yu (played by Zhou Yuan) also lost his only relative. He was determined to find out the murderer of his sister. Since there are no clues at all, Zhang Yu had to rely on the power of a girl (played by Lee Soo-ying) who can predict death to track down the real murderer. During the investigation, he focused on Min Pharmacy (played by Liu Haizhen), a pharmacy pharmacist in the community who is usually popular and has a good reputation. Although there was no evidence, Zhang Yu decided that he was "that guy", so he began to keep an eye on Min Pharmacy 24 hours a day.
