Miss Baek [Film and TV Commentary]

is adapted from a true story. It tells the story of Baek Xiang-ah (played by Han Ji-min), who had a history of attempted murder. She was abused and abandoned by her mother when she was a child. When she grew up, she did not trust anyone, was indifferent to everything, and lived a lonely and alienated life. One winter, she met a little girl Zhi En (played by Jin Shiya), standing helplessly on the street wearing shabby clothes, with a trembling and thin body. She couldn't help but think of herself when she was young. When she discovered that the little girl was being abused by her father and stepmother, she could not sit back and ignore this child who looked like herself, and was determined to help her escape from the cruel reality, even if she had to fight against the world.
