Miss Chihiro [Film and TV Commentary]

In an ordinary seaside town, there was a crowd of people in front of a convenience store. The rough men talked and laughed loudly. It seemed that they all knew that the clerk Chihiro (played by Jun Arimura Kasumi), who always wore a sweet smile, had been engaged in the custom industry, so they made dirty jokes unscrupulously. Faced with men's teasing and women's ridicule, Qianxun always smiled. In her free time, she goes to a nearby park to exercise, and her whole body exudes sunshine and vitality. Kurenko, a girl who felt suffocated by life, was attracted by Chihiro's temperament, so she secretly observed and photographed her. Xiaocheng, a boy from a single-parent family, lacks care and treats Qianxun in a rough way. Of course, these two children with completely different personalities eventually established a pure friendship with Qianxun. The sun is shining brightly, but can it illuminate a lonely and quiet corner? The film is adapted from the manga of the same name by Hiroyuki Yasuda.
