The Unforgettable Catastrophe [Film and TV Commentary]

When it was discovered that a huge meteorite was heading towards the earth and would hit the earth within 18 days, NASA came up with a way to prevent the meteorite from colliding with the earth and causing human destruction: sending people to land on the surface of the meteorite, drill holes into the center of the meteorite, and put in nuclear bombs to detonate. But all this must be completed within eighteen days. An oil well drilling foreman (Bruce Willis) is entrusted with an important task, and his subordinate (Ben Affleck) is also the boyfriend of his daughter (Liv Tyler).
