"Nomad 1" is a geostationary satellite equipped with a super particle beam weapon developed by the U.S. Department of Defense. It has a high-power telescope and can accurately strike any target on the ground. However, the two technicians who mastered the satellite password were captured by a terrorist gang led by mad scientist Chavez Dan (Eric Bogosian) and Special Forces Colonel Marcus Pan (Everett McGill). "Nomad One" was also hijacked by these guys without any suspense.
