The eight-year-old girl Katie (Violet McGraw) lost her parents in a car accident. After that, she was arranged to live in the home of her aunt Gemma (Allison Williams). Gemma works for a large toy company. The company's smart companion toy products were once popular, but now they are facing challenges from competitors in the same industry. Although the leaders in charge are eager to launch a new generation of cheaper products, Gemma secretly develops smarter bionic toys.
