Poison Key [Film and TV Commentary]

The young girl Caroline (played by Kate Hudson) is hired by the old woman Violet (played by Gena Rowlands) and goes to her home to take care of her bedridden husband Ben (played by John Hurt). Violet's big house is located in an area known for mysterious customs and religious rituals. Caroline felt eerie and strange when she first arrived here. As the days passed, Caroline gradually became suspicious of the big house and the weird Violet. By chance, she got a master key from Violet, which can open all the rooms in this big house.
