The Last Corps

The father Orestes (Iain Glen) of the Roman prince Romulus (Thomas Sangster) was killed by the rebels, and Romulus was placed under house arrest on the Island of Capri by the enemy. Before his death, Orestes entrusted the funeral affairs to the general Aurelius (Colin Firth), and told him to rescue his son and return the throne of the Roman Empire to his family. Aurelius, who was loyal to the emperor, teamed up with Ethiopians Batiatus (Nonso Anozie) and Ambrosius (Ben Kingsley) to form an expeditionary death squad. Later, the brave and capable female warrior Maria (Aishwarya Rai) also joined them, and the group headed for the Island of Capri. On the Island of Capri, Romulus and his mentor are also looking for the last hope for survival.
