Escape from the Concrete

"The Walking Dead" actress Laurie Holden ("Silent Hill" and "The Mist") has joined Mel Gibson and Vince Vaughn to star in the new film "Dragged Across Concrete", which tells the story of two police detectives played by Gibson and Vaughn who found themselves suspended because a video was exposed by the media, showing their "tough tactics" in law enforcement. Lack of funds and outside help, the two decided to go deep into the underground criminal group, but found that there were more unexpected things shrouded in the shadows. Laurie Holden will play Gibson's wife, a former police officer. S. Craig Zahler wrote the script and directed the film, and filming will begin in Vancouver at the end of this month.
