Witches of Easttown

Town newspaper reporter Suki (Michelle Pfeiffer), sculptor Alex (Cher), cellist Jane (Susan Sarandon) ) are three good friends living in the small town of East Vic. One thing they have in common is that they are all unhappy in their marriages. The three often hold gatherings on Thursday nights to talk about life and men. One rainy night, a mysterious man from New York came to the town and bought the century-old Lan Mansion, which was said to have been used to execute witches. The man has a puzzling and hard-to-remember name-Dale Van Horn (Jack Nicholson). His arrival caused a sensation in the town, and the ominous atmosphere began to spread wantonly. Not long after, the hearts of these three friends were captured by Dell one after another, and all kinds of weird and magical things happened one after another... The film won the 1998 American Science Fiction and Horror Film Academy Best Actor Award (Jack Nicholson).
