This film is a crime thriller set in Frankfurt and Cologne. Robert is an undercover drug police officer who has to pretend to be in a relationship with a transgender girl Leni in order to destroy a large drug cartel. But Robert / who is gay / finds sex extremely difficult. He is both repelled and attracted to Leni. The problem is / once he is exposed / he will have to pay for it with his own life.
