The story takes place on the eve of the bursting of the bubble economy, and a white Christmas is coming quietly. In the early morning of Chengdong No. 3 Middle School, the body of a student was discovered on the pure white snow. The deceased's name was Kashiwagi Takuya (played by Ayumu Mochizuki), and he was a student in Class 2, Grade 3. His death made the new head teacher (Hana Kuroki) sad and panicked, while the school felt unprecedented pressure. After the police inspected the scene, it was determined that Kashiwagi died of suicide. Originally, the incident fell silent, but several letters of denunciation caused new waves. The letter stated that Kashiwagi was bullied by his classmates Shunji Oide (Xunya Shimizu), Yutaro Hashida (Mikio Kato), and Mitsuru Iguchi (Arata Ishikawa), and was eventually killed by the three of them. Since then, the media has repeatedly interpreted the incident maliciously, and parents have become excited, making the school no longer peaceful. As the monitor, Fujino Ryoko (played by Fujino Ryoko) could no longer bear it. She decided to organize a court in the school to find out the truth about Kashiwagi's suicide...
