Oakland, in northern California, is a remote and ordinary town. However, like other big cities, young and restless youth have become the most unstable factor here. Cody (Cory Knauf), Q (Bret Roberts), and Elloy (Nick Tagas) are members of a local bosozō clan. They smoke, drink alcohol, take drugs, fight, illegally trade, and have sex with men and women. They do no evil and have no end to their dissolute life. At a birthday party for Cody's mother, Cody's ex-girlfriend Michelle (Tiffany Shepis) was attacked and began to behave strangely. Soon, a group of weirdly dressed guys caught them, and Cody and others became the prisoners of the weirdos. The night of terror begins...
