Asian female reporter Sadie Blake (played by Lucy Liu) is an extremely dedicated newspaper reporter. By chance, a piece of news about a cult organization attracted her attention. At the same time, several kidnapping cases of young girls occurred in Los Angeles, and eventually the girls were abandoned on the streets. Sensitive Sadie intuitively believed that the kidnapping case was related to the cult.
