The 29-year-old Gonzaro (Alberto Ammann) has just ended his study abroad career and then entered the University of Buenos Aires to continue his studies. Because of his father, he has a very close relationship with his mentor Bermude (Ricardo Darín). Although Bermude disagreed with some of Gonzaro's radical ideas, he had to admit that Gonzaro's talent and intelligence were rare in his long coaching career. The occurrence of a brutal and abominable rape and murder case attracted the attention of Gonzaro and Bermud, and Gonzaro decided to use the process of investigating the case as material for writing a thesis. Bermude was also investigating the case, but as time passed, he gradually began to have doubts. He suspected that the culprit who committed the case was Gonzalo himself, and his motive was just to prove his point of view.
