The Devil's Pact

Hundreds of years ago, there were some people with mysterious powers in Europe. They were regarded as evil spirits and were strangled, and had to flee to the American continent. In the seventeenth century, five magical families united to open up the Ipswich colony. They made contracts with each other for self-protection and hid among the crowd as ordinary people. The four heirs of the five major families - Caleb (played by Steven Strait), Reed, Taylor, and Berg are all of similar age and are friends with each other. Their clique is the focus of the school. Transfer student Sarah (played by Laura Ramsey) is interested in the low-key and meek Caleb. She tries to get close to Caleb but is troubled by terrifying hallucinations. At the same time, Caleb, who is eighteen years old, is about to receive an upgrade in power. Companion Reed is hostile to Caleb out of jealousy, causing rifts in the small group. The unexpected deaths of other students in the school and the stranger Collins trying to get close to the small group make Caleb and others feel they are involved in a conspiracy...
