A serial killer who only appears and commits crimes on rainy nights has plunged the citizens into panic. He has committed numerous cases. This time, the responsibility of investigating the case falls on the shoulders of police officer Chang Min (played by Kim Dong Wook). However, Chang Min is a loser who has no requirements for himself and gets by in everything. It may be impossible for this case to come to light in his hands. The police's slow progress in solving the case aroused public dissatisfaction. They gathered in front of the police station to protest, including Changmin's mother. In order not to disappoint his mother, Changmin decided to cheer up and investigate the case thoroughly.
