Discworld: Start the Post

In a city called Ankh-Morpork, modern technology has made great progress. People are gradually forgetting the traditional postal system and turning to the more convenient and faster Internet Clarks. But Clarks was not stable. The system often crashed, causing network transmission speeds to become slower and slower. Vitineri (Charles Dance), the Lord of Ankh-Morpork, could no longer tolerate Clarks' tyranny and slowness, and he decided to serve his sentence for the collapse of the traditional postal system.
