Mike (played by Stephen Dorff) is an ambitious police detective. Recently, a serial murder case has attracted his attention. Four people have become prey of the brutal murderer. With the help of his partner Terry (Natasha McElhone), Mike began to investigate the case. As the investigation deepens, a horrifying website gradually emerges. The four victims all logged into this website 48 hours before their deaths. Under the control of a mysterious woman codenamed "Black Widow," they seemed to bet their lives to join a game.
