The story takes place in a seaside city in Russia, where a criminal organization called the "Black Cat" is active. The election is approaching. In order to have a better chance of winning, Mayor Victor (Viktor Sukhorukov) decided to hold a large exhibition in the museum, where many precious exhibits will be displayed. In order to ensure the smooth holding of the exhibition, the entire city's security system was put into intense operation. Ignat (played by Andrey Dementev) is a young man who loves parkour. Full of a sense of justice, he and his like-minded friends organized a group called "Urban Monkeys", which seemed to promote justice everywhere, but in fact caused trouble. The evil "black cats" quickly target the active "city monkeys" who use Agnet's beloved girl as a guise and threaten Agnet to help them steal the collection that is about to be exhibited. In the face of justice and love, Agnet made a painful choice.
