Tin Soldier

It was a sunny day, and the sun shone warmly on the wooden floor. A red tin soldier came to this new home. He looked at everything around him curiously, but he didn't know that the danger was coming. Soon, a naive baby crawled in from the next door. He treated the toys around him roughly, which made the tin soldier panic again. The soldier wanted to escape secretly, but the small drum he carried jingled. The sound naturally attracted the baby's attention, and a chase began with a huge disparity in size. The idea for this film originated from the imagination of Pixar's creator about his babbling nephew. The film won the 1989 Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film, the 2003 National Film Registry Award, the 1989 World Animation Festival WAC Award, the First Prize at the 3rd Los Angeles International Animation Festival, and the American Film Institute's Cordon Ribbon Award.
