Miasma Town is a town where storms always persist, and all the children who were born with a hunchback are pulled by the mad scientist to be assistants, and they are all named Igor. The scientists in the small town are proud of inventing evil inventions, and winning the championship in the annual "National Evil Science Exhibition" is an honor that every scientist dreams of. One of the scientists' assistants, Igor (voiced by John Cusack), is not satisfied with being an assistant all his life. He wants to become a scientist and win first place in the exhibition! Exactly two weeks before the exhibition, Igor's owner, Dr. Glickenstein (voiced by Eddie Izzard), died suddenly. This was a godsend for Igor. So, he risked beheading and pretended to be a doctor to participate in the competition. In a short period of time, he invented his first work - Eva (voiced by Molly Shannon), and there is no airtight wall in the world. His imposter was discovered, how will Igor resolve the problem and complete his dream...
