Fire in the Heart

It tells the story of 16-year-old Georgia Nolan, who dreams of becoming a firefighter, a profession at a time when women were not allowed to do so. When a mysterious arsonist starts burning down Broadway and all the city's firefighters disappear one by one, Georgia's retired father Sean is recalled by the mayor of New York to lead the fire department's investigation. In order to help her father and save her city, Georgia disguises herself as a young man named Joe and joins a group of misfit firefighters trying to stop the arsonist at all costs.
