Crayon Shin-chan: Shout! Kasukabe Wild Kingdom

One day, Xiaoxin (voiced by Akiko Yajima) picked up a bottle of mysterious liquid on the river embankment, took it home and put it in the refrigerator. Unexpectedly, Mizu (voiced by Miki Narahashi) and Hiroshi (voiced by Keiji Fujiwara) accidentally drank it and mutated into animals the next day. Later, a mysterious environmental organization SKBE abducted Xiaoxin's family, and the leader turned out to be the mayor of Futaba, Sizenshou (voiced by Yamadera Koichi). It turns out that Sishanshou is a radical environmentalist who wants to use a mysterious drug to turn all humans who destroy the environment into animals. The mysterious liquid that Xiaoxin picked up is a drug that is still in the testing stage. Sishanshou plans to use Meiyi and Guangzhi as experimental subjects for research. With the help of the mysterious woman Victoria (voiced by Goto Yako), Xiaoxin and his party successfully escaped. Together with the Kasukabe defense team, they were determined to crack the Sizenshou conspiracy.
