As the saying goes, evil people will have their own way. Bully Hamilton (played by Neal McDonough) has gathered a gang of thugs who have been rampant in a small town in Washington state for many years, exploiting the neighbors, and even the local police can't do anything to them. On this day, special soldier Chris (The Rock) retired and returned to his hometown town. Chris, who wanted to integrate his father's lumberyard and live and work in peace and contentment, found that this place was no longer the quiet and beautiful town he had been before he served in the army. His father's lumberyard was occupied by Hamilton and used as a casino, and his high school girlfriend also became a showgirl under the coercion of evil forces. The furious Chris became the sheriff of the town and decided to drive these villains out of his hometown using the extraordinary methods he had learned in the special forces over the years!
