Pingxi Town is located somewhere in the southwest. In the 1990s, the security of the township was maintained by the joint defense team, and the joint defense captain Li Lizhong (Zhang Yu) Li Lizhong's father died unexpectedly, and at the same time a strange serial killing of dogs occurred in the town.
