Desert Youth

"Desert Youth" is adapted from real events. It tells the touching story of Tian Yingpu, Yue Chao, graduates of Baoding College, and Liu Shiyu, a volunteer from Jiangnan, who came to teach at Kule Township Middle School in Qiemo County, Xinjiang. Faced with the conflict between ideals and reality, the three overcame difficulties such as the harsh climate and language barriers, endured the suffering of being separated from their relatives and lovers, and finally took root in the border areas to teach and educate people.
