Roger (William Katt) was a soldier who fought on the front line. After retiring, he decided to regain his dream and change his career to become a writer. Roger used what he saw and heard on the battlefield as the subject of his writing. Once his horror novels were published, he quickly gained a large number of fans. However, as time went by, Roger's inspiration gradually dried up. One day, Roger's son disappeared for no reason, which was a huge blow to Roger. As a result, the relationship between him and his wife deteriorated, and eventually they divorced. One day, Roger unexpectedly received the news that his aunt had committed suicide, so he returned to the house left by his aunt again. This was Roger's sad place, and it was here that his son disappeared. Roger decided to temporarily move to this eerie house to write his next novel here.
