Arhat (Stephen Chow) made a bet with the immortals, saying that in the mortal world, he would ask three mortals to make sacrifices for others within a certain time limit, otherwise he would be willing to suffer the pain of reincarnation again. Monk Jigong came to the world in the form of Fuhu Arhat. While making a living while playing games in the world, he selected the ninth-generation beggar (Anthony Wong) who was punished by God, a prostitute (Maggie Cheung) who was bullied by men, and a murderous thief (Huang Zhiqiang) as experimental products. After some ingenious arrangements with his clever wit, Jigong established a good relationship with the three of them.
