The Battle of Jinan

The third domestic revolutionary war has entered its second year, and our army has shifted to a strategic offensive. In 1948, after successively occupying small and medium-sized cities in Shandong, our East China Field Army was determined to conquer Jinan, a large city where Chiang Kai-shek focused his defense.
