The prison under the warden of Fire Island (played by Ke Junxiong) is full of violence / injustice / and institutionalized fighting among prisoners. Huang Wei soon met his roommate Xiao Zhu (played by Tuo Zonghua) and Liu Shijie (played by Sammo Hung) who escaped from prison many times because he missed his son / and experienced the baptism of imprisonment by gangster Dalin (played by Gao Jie). Billiards player Da Hammer (Jackie Chan) is imprisoned for accidentally killing the brother of gang leader Gang Zhu (Andy Lau). Dalin is ordered to avenge Da Hammer / but the matter is mediated by his eldest brother in prison / Gui Boss (Wang Yu). Four people / including Huang Wei and Sledgehammer / were absorbed into the "Qingfeng Team" by the warden.
