In 1953, the Soviet Union assisted in the construction of the Harbin Electric Machinery Factory's military project RH-1 motor. The Soviet Union sent an expert group of hundreds of experts to Harbin on an international train. The special struggle between our public security soldiers and the latent Chinese and foreign spies who wanted to blow up the Songhua River Bridge shattered the hostile forces' code-named "Gospel Project" and protected the Laojiang Bridge and the international train.
