Dragnet

The story takes place in the 1950s. Chiang Kai-shek agent Guo Hao (played by Wei Yuping) was ordered to sneak back to the mainland to join the Dagaishan bandits to coordinate the United States' Korean War. Chief Li (played by Ai Hongli) and scout Wang Ying (played by Chen Tianguo) of the Reconnaissance Section took over the detection mission. They first found out the location of the enemy's liaison station. Guo Hao gave department store owner Lin Jinbiao (played by Zheng Min) an important task, asking him to obtain information on our military's coastal defense deployment. Lin found Zheng Xida (played by Ding Ran) who worked in the Grain Bureau, and later found spy Li Bin (played by Jiang Shan) who had already surrendered. Li Bin introduced them to Wang Ying, who disguised himself as an Orion, and Wang took the opportunity to break into the enemy. After Director Fang (played by Zhongshuhuang) obtained accurate information, he made strict arrangements for the closing operation. Guo Hao asked Zheng Xida to provide information on our army's ration supply and promised twenty gold bars as bait. After he succeeded in stealing the information, he was poisoned to death by Guo Hao. Just when the enemies inside and outside feel that they are done, the dragnet has been cast...
