In a dilapidated neighborhood full of corruption, there lives an ordinary man named Benjiro (played by Naoto Takenaka), who makes a living claiming to do various things for others. One day, a girl who calls herself Kato Rei (Hiko Sato) comes to Benjiro and asks him to help find the Rolex watch that was accidentally lost when scattering her father's ashes.
