Colin (Judith M. Brown) was accused of murder and was imprisoned in a prison in the Philippines. What awaits her is 20 years in prison. The tall and cunning Grier (played by Pam Grier) is the eldest sister in the prison. She fell in love with the different Colin at a glance and wanted to force her to commit herself to her. However, how could the stubborn Colin give in? In the process of resisting Grier, Colin became friends with a female prisoner named Bonnie (played by Pat Woodell). One day, Colin was taken away by a female police officer, who planned to use torture to force Colin to admit a crime he had not committed. The anxious Bonnie found the clever Alcott (Roberta Collins), and the two decided to join forces for a rescue operation.
