Fairy in the Painting

Shier (played by Yuan Biao) is an orphan found by an old Taoist priest (played by Wu Ma) in a wooden basin by the river. Shi'er has followed an old Taoist priest to catch ghosts and demons since he was a child. He has little contact with the world and has only Cui Shusheng (played by Wu Qihua) as a friend. The Ghost King (played by Li Meifeng) has always done many evil things, often abducting innocent girls and taking them to the underworld. Mochou is a young girl taken away by the Ghost King. She was kidnapped on her way to get married and became a lonely ghost, controlled by the Ghost King. Cui Shusheng encounters Mochou, who can be attached to the painting, and never forgets his graceful and lovely figure. However, the ghost king never lets go of Mochou. Cui Shusheng is determined to rescue Mochou, but is captured by the Ghost King. Shi'er wants to rescue his friend, but the old Taoist priest is unreasonable and unwilling to help. Can Shier rescue Cui Shusheng? Is the Taoist priest who kindly adopted an orphan so heartless?
