Tomb Raider: Origins

Laura (Alicia Vikander)'s father devoted his life to studying ancient tombs. When Laura was still young, his father disappeared during an adventure. Years passed in a blink of an eye, and Laura refused to acknowledge the news of her father's death and refused to take over his father's business empire. By chance, Laura discovered the adventure notes left by her father. Her father hoped that Laura could burn these materials. However, in order to find her father's whereabouts, Laura decided to look for the island recorded in the notes. Laura found a man named Lu Ren (played by Daniel Wu), and the two embarked on a journey together. As soon as they arrived on the island, Laura and Lu Ren met Mathias (Walton Goggins), who had been fighting against his father, and his team of mercenaries. Matthias wanted to find traces of the ancient tomb, and even killed Laura's father who refused to reveal any information. Now, Laura has also fallen into his clutches. What fate will she encounter?
