Descendants of the Moon

The story of this season mainly tells the story of Wu Gang who made a mistake in cultivating immortals and was punished by his master by cutting down the broken laurel tree in front of Guanghan Palace. In the huge Guanghan Palace, only the sound of Wu Gang chopping down trees was accompanied by Chang'e and the Jade Rabbit. As the sun and moon alternated for three thousand years, Wu Gang and Chang'e fell in love with each other. The two wanted to live together peacefully in the moon palace. Unexpectedly, their love was entangled by the Jade Rabbit. She stole the moon crystal, threw Chang'e into the reincarnation pool, and trapped Wu Gang under the laurel tree. With the help of Aunt Gui, the cook of the Moon Palace, Wu Gang fled to the mortal world to find Chang'e. He must find Chang'e and recognize her before the full moon.
