Chasing the Sun

The chivalrous and righteous swordsman Jia Yi (played by Jacky Cheung) accidentally learns that the Ghost King is about to harm the world, so he goes to the Ancient Sword Villa, hoping to use the Villa's unique skills to nip the Ghost King in the bud. On the way, Jia Yi met Gu Mengxue (played by Wang Zuxian), a woman who had escaped from marriage, and the two gradually fell in love. However, in the end, Gu Mengxue left Jia Yi and became someone else's wife. Yan Ying, the owner of Gujian Villa, told Jia Yi that the Ghost King forcibly married a woman in the world, and this woman was none other than Gu Mengxue. Jia Yi learned the truth, but it was too late. Jia Yi went to the underworld to rescue Gu Mengxue, and then had a fierce battle with the Ghost King. During the battle, Jia Yi was seriously injured. Fortunately, he was rescued by the fox spirit Qing'er (played by Zhang Min) and saved his life. After regrouping, Jia Yi used the sun-chasing method to turn back time and change history.
