City of Lies

Adapted from a true unsolved case, the two hip-hop leaders of the East and West Coast of the United States, Notorious Mr. and Tupac, triggered a musical conflict between the East and West coasts. The two were shot and killed one after another. The case has not been successfully solved, making them even more legendary figures. A police officer (played by Johnny Depp) who has been following the case for 20 years meets a journalist (played by Forest Whitaker) who wants to save his career from crisis.
