The genius boy Richard (Miles Teller) relies on the invention of the object transmission device to get the appreciation of Franklin Stone, who is studying quantum gates. With the joint efforts of talented young people such as Zheng Zhiqiang (played by Zhang Xian), the research on quantum gates finally achieved a breakthrough. Soon after, young people who were unwilling to be seized by the government called Richard's friend Ben (Jamie Bell) and sneaked into the unknown world to explore, but who knew they were infected by the mysterious energy.
